Managing Portfolios and Projects (formerly TECH-922-0) (TECH-443-0)

Description:
Synchronizing enterprise technology, innovation, marketing, and growth investments with corporate strategy is a major challenge for many firms. Once investments are selected, delivering expected investment results and returns is even more daunting. This course teaches the essential executive methods and tools required to evaluate competing corporate investment opportunities, make investment decisions, and implement effective executive performance management of investments. This course has been designed for prospective consultants, and technology, product, finance and general managers. Upon completion of the course, students will have acquired the skills necessary to successfully select and manage a portfolio of corporate investment projects. TECH443 meets elective requirements for the Technology Industry Management major.
