The primary focus is on the determinants of trade flow and international specialization and on the economic impact of tariffs, quotas, and other trade policy instruments. Students will develop a conceptual basis for analysis and examine recent experience and current issues. Prerequisite: MECN-430. Prerequisites: None Corequisites: None
